Favoriting Books
Mark books as favorites to save them for later and help your library community discover great reads.
How to Favorite a Book
Section titled “How to Favorite a Book”- Open any book’s detail page
- Tap the heart icon ❤️
- The book is added to your favorites
Tap the heart again to remove it from your favorites.

Finding Your Favorites
Section titled “Finding Your Favorites”To see all books you’ve favorited:
- Go to Collection
- Tap the heart filter button at the top
Your favorites list shows every book you’ve hearted, including books you’ve favorited while browsing other libraries.
Community Favorites
Section titled “Community Favorites”In libraries, favorites help surface popular books:
- “Community Favorites” section — Shows books that many members have favorited
- Favorite count — Book cards show how many members have favorited each book
- Discovery — Popular books are more visible to new members
When you favorite a book in a library, it contributes to that book’s visibility for other members.
Uses for Favorites
Section titled “Uses for Favorites”Personal reading list:
- Save books you want to read later
- Keep track of books to buy
- Mark books to recommend to friends
Library discovery:
- Help other members find great books
- See what’s popular in your community
- Discover new reads based on what others love

Use favorites for quick saves; use tags when you need custom labels.
