Section titled “Choosing a Preset”At the top of the Notifications screen, pick the preset that matches how much you want to hear from us:

|---|---|
| All | Every notification type on email and push |
| Important only | Only time-sensitive items: loan requests, loan responses, due dates, overdue notices, admin announcements, security alerts |

Most people are happy with Important only—it keeps critical items flowing without the noise.

Mandatory Email
Section titled “Mandatory Email”A few categories (loan requests, overdue notices, admin communications, security alerts) require at least one of email or SMS to stay on—these are critical for your account and loans. You’ll see a lock icon next to them.
Setting Up Push Notifications
Section titled “Setting Up Push Notifications”Push notifications need permission from your device or browser:
- On the Notifications screen, tap Enable next to “Enable push notifications”
- Accept the permission prompt from your device or browser
- Toggle push on for any categories you want
If you previously denied permission, you’ll need to enable it in your device or browser settings before push toggles will work.
Setting Up SMS
Section titled “Setting Up SMS”SMS requires a verified phone number and one-time consent:
- Go to Settings → Account and add a phone number if you haven’t already
- Verify it with the code we send you
- Back on the Notifications screen, toggle SMS on for any category—you’ll be asked to consent to SMS messages the first time
Standard message and data rates apply.
Quiet Hours
Section titled “Quiet Hours”We automatically pause push, email, and SMS notifications between 10 PM and 8 AM in your local time zone. In-app notifications still appear so you see them when you open the app. Quiet hours are built in—no setting to configure.
- Keep loan-related notifications on (email or push). Missing a pickup window can affect your reliability score.
- If your inbox is overflowing, switch to Important only and leave push on.
- To stop getting notifications entirely for a notification type, turn off every channel for that category in the Customize dialog.
